High-performance cutting mill, developed for high throughput rates

The LITech CM 3XX cutting mill is used for batch or continuous grinding of tough, fibrous, elastic and medium-hard materials. The cutting mill is preferably used in industry to shred soft, fibrous materials or to grind waste samples and secondary fuels. The material to be processed falls into the
through the hopper of the LITech CM 3XX and is millrf between the stationary and rotating knives until the granulate fits through the openings of the respective sieve and ends up in the collection container. The bottom sieve extends over the lower half of the half of the grinding chamber and can be easily replaced. The final fineness of the grain size is defined by the respective sieve size.

Raw material savings

Thanks to its compact design, the LITech CM 3XX cutting mill can be easily integrated into any
existing production or processing line with one or more machines. The regrind can be removed using conventional extraction equipment. A frame is also available with which you can optionally discharge the material directly into a bulk container or a big bag.
